Mr. Kingery is an environmental planner/ interdisciplinary project manager with more than 30 years diverse professional experience throughout the Southwest. His expertise includes land use analysis and planning; socioeconomic studies; management of infrastructure siting studies, and management of environmental impact report (EIR) and environmental assessment (EA) preparation. He has also helped clients obtain permits for proposed infrastructure facilities, including landfills and electric power transmission lines. Study areas on his projects range in size from one to 100 million acres. Mr. Kingery has managed and/ or prepared CEQA documents for lead agencies throughout California. He has also prepared NEPA documents for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Forest Service, USDA Rural Utility Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Border Environment Cooperation Commission.
