The long-awaited Bayshore Bikeway, in the South Bay area of San Diego Bay, had its grand opening on April 18, 2009. The project was awarded “Project of the Year” by the American Public Works Association (APWA). BRG supported the award winning design and construction of the bikeway in and adjacent to the biologically sensitive area of the South Bay National Wildlife Refuge, by providing all environmental impact review and permitting for the project.
